Tickets sold approx 369 plus the ones stuck to the winners stubs...how many did we give out our three plus 4? I think

Tickets without names in the bin, these were sold by the booth and by people not signing as seller - 184 (The shack book shows 130 as being sold there)

Tickets with Pizza seller including a few with Pizza on 155 plus the 54 that do not have names on and are not logged in shack book

Tickets with other sellers initials 30

Can you work from that John? Basically around 375 sold. 160 of those are accounted for as having been sold by the booth or other sellers.

I will settle up with Pizza and Nicole next week if I come. Otherwise I will take care of it at bowling. Does anyone have the stub for the second place winners? We should try to contact them and get them back to have a good night.

There are three draw tickets in the cash box but there is nothing written on them to say who won what. One of them is Betty Gray so we know that is a tshirt.

I recall that the person that won the gift basket lived on Bluevale in Waterloo. I have the name of the Michigan winner at home. I believe it is Susan Mulligan from RR3 Hanover. The winners' names for the shirts must have left with the shirts. Betty Gray won a shirt so maybe we are missing someone.

Idea...how about a sale - free DVD with every hat or tshirt purchase? I think there are still more DVD's here, can check on that. What do you think people.

The DVDs didn't cost anything so if it increases the other sales then I think we should do it. :)

I attached each stub to the prize. I can't help it if the cheap help didn't keep track! I talked to the second place winner today. They will be coming again tomorrow and are looking forward to their picture with Clark. They emailed Steve Arndt earlier in the week to see if their kids could get a ride in Clark's car as kid's rides were rained out. Steve said he would see what he could do. I hope they can do it for them but with the people on the track for the autograph session it could make for a bumpy ride! :)
