Ken is allowing the people who work in the Hillbilly shack to get into the race track without paying admission. Each week we have one parent and two athletes working. Two weeks ago, an additional 9 people got into Varney without paying. To be sure that we are isolated from this and do not end up having to pay in the future the track is being provided with a schedule of athletes and parents that are working each night. To be proactive and prevent anyone from saying they are with us we are issuing laminated photo IDs to the athletes and parents and a copy will be in the admission booth. While this sounds extreme and excessive, it completely distances us from the problem and will hopefully avoid us losing $30.00 per night from our fundraising should Ken need to make changes. I am attaching Jayne's ID here so people see what we made.
