Crowd Rumors and Accusations
So far this past season i have heard some really interesting and some very ridiculous rumors floating around both in the grand stands and the pits about some cars.
here is some of the stuff i have heard about my car:
From the pits: Apparently my car is "cammed ","chipped" "Engine internals are Illeagal" " Illeagal tires"
Here are my answers an have been the same since i started at varney.
1. Engine is Untouched from factory (original motor w/ 310,527 + km's Now with 2 full race seasons on it and ONE! oil change)
2. ECU is original and IN SIGHT!! of tech and others so any chips would be visible as they are a piggy back to the ECU on OB1 systems , the second option to a chip would be a MegaSquirt system and i am very familiar to these and are VERY unique in there looks just google "mega squirt" to find out.
3. ALL my tires come from local scrap yards and towing facilities ( anyone remember me losing 3 last season includind a rim? ) mmm sunbaked tires great stuff goes hand in hand with testing turn 4's wall structural integraty ;)
