I have found the reason why there have been no D.Q.s by tech. Apparently the "Brainless" think that giving someone a D.Q. is a reward. They think that if they D.Q. a driver it means they have to give him/her a Dairy Queen gift certificate. :D

I noticed there was no caution flag in two different races where there was a disabled or stopped car very close to the racing surface. I also noticed in the 4th Stock 4 heat that a car that was about to be lapped was able to run the entire race in front of the leaders, slowing them down and was never given the move over flag.

Tech: Good evening sir have you been drinking tonight?
Drunk: Ahh, err, ahh, I think so.

T: When did you have your last drink?
D: Ah, it’s right here somewhere. I found it. It's here in my hand. Do you want some?

T: Not while driving. That's against the law. How much have you had to drink tonight?
D: Ah, um, I lost count around my 47th beer but I had a couple of 40 pounders before then and one after. See the empties are in the back seat. Hey, look one is still got some left. Do you want some?

T: Now having open liquor is against the law. When were you last sober.
D: Ah, uhm, what year is it?
T: 2009 sir.
D: Oh, uhm, ahh, crap. I haven't been sober since 1972.

T: Well then we are going to have to give you a breathalyser test.
D: Ah, uhm, er, ah, that's better than a sobriety test because I am so drunk I can't see a white line to walk on.
T: Just fart into this tube.
D: Er, ah, uhm, shouldn't I be blowing into it?
T: Don't tell me how to do my job. We will do the test my way even if it is the wrong way.
D: Ah, er, oops, I just tried to fart but I shit my pants. I better blow into the tube.
T: All right we will do it your way this time.
D: pffffffffffffffffffff

T: You have a blood alcohol level of 2.4. That is 300 times the legal limit. You have definitely broken the law.
D: Er, ah, um, I didn't know. Ah, are you sure?

T: Yes. You are definitely too drunk to drive. Now go on your way but come back here sober next Saturday night. If you come back drunk we will have to send you on your way again and have you come back sober the next week. If you are still drunk the next week then we are really going to have to lay down the law and penalize you. If you are drunk the third time then we will have no choice but to send you on your way with a Dairy Queen gift certificate.

Having found a few free minutes this week, I had a look on the various Varney Accounts on Facebook, thank Goodness I did that or I may have never learned these amazing facts.
1- The 51 has never done ANYTHING for the track and would not be missed if he left.
2- Joe Loves the Cremasco Team
3- The father of the #9 sends her out with the intention of running other drivers off the track.
4- The #09 was given the most sportsmanlike award because he is so sportsmanlike especially on the track.
5- Chopping down in corner 3-4 and taking out the car running on the inside lane is actually not your fault it is the other guys fault, how dare they hold their lane when they know you want it!
6- Running into the BACK of another car resulting in causing a wreck is actually the fault of the car in front.
7- Stock 4 is a ROOKIE CLASS only, if you are not a rookie you must drive in another class. - FREAK

Amazing what you can learn! I will be sure to keep an eye on these very helpful posts and pass on these brilliant words of wisdom for everyone who does not have a facebook account to read.

Oh and BTW LLM - We did see that black flag, but it was not his fault either -
Seeing as it is a rookie class, no one else should have been out there and therefore there would have been no one to hit.

Jayne, thanks for sending me a copy of the posts. What I found very interesting was that the majority of the complaints were coming from the mother's of drivers and not the drivers themselves. It reminds me of how embarrased kids would get when their "hockey moms" would scream at the ref, coach and other players from the bleachers. I wonder how many of these drivers are embarrassed by their mothers' actions. Their comments about the 9 and the 51 are incredibly STUPID! What rock have these two been hiding under? Joe decides to go get in a picture with Tessa - which an official should NEVER do - and suddenly Tessa is the Wicked Witch of the West. Look out Nick, your mother thinks she heard Tessa say "I am going to crash you my little pretty". COME ON!
Clark has never done anything for the track? Are you blind AND stupid? Where would you like me to begin? Clark and Ingrid have done so much for the track starting in Clark's rookie year in 1999. There are no special favours for Clark because most people don't even know everything they do. Most of what they do is kept quiet. The donations of labour and materials the past few years have been quite public as it would have cost the track about $60,000.00 to go to the marketplace for that work. Tens of thousands of dollars were spent as sponsorship towards the track and the sponsors of the 51 and the members of the 51 race team get the recognition. Its called BUSINESS. Its what lets the track survive. The caution lights that they paid for where done with the safety of every driver in mind. If you remember it was the 09 that didn't see the caution in 2006 that caused the big wreck which led to the new caution lights. There is no sign under the caution lights saying "these are for everyone except Britton". They are for his safety as much as everyone elses and it was concern for his safety that started the process. The scoring tower that they bought and assisted in the removal from Michigan was done in an attempt to make the races more informative for the fans, crews, etc. and by having it come from a NASCAR facility to hopefully draw more fans. Every fan through the gate pays towards the purses. The more fans, the better it is for the drivers. I guess this mother is saying that the caution lights and scoreboard were only done for the 51's benefit and enjoyment?
The other thing I found interesting is that the mother that says the Stock 4 class is a rookie class is actually a "rookie racing mom". I think she needs to do two things. First she needs to sit back and watch what is really happening. Hopfeully she will quickly learn no one is out to get her son and her son is actually well liked and a nice fresh addition to the class - but, he is a ROOKIE. Being a rookie is not a bad thing or a stigma it just means everyday is part of the learning curve as long as you are open minded enough to learn. She has two GREAT kids who need to learn and not have excuses made for their rookie mistakes. I also think the kids are more mature than their mother. The second thing she needs to do, as well as the other racing mom (NOT you Jayne), is to get to know the people their kids race with so that the mothers will realize that they are full of sh*t and the other drivers are not out to get their kids. If there was a real issue the drivers would either be having it out in the pits or putting each other into the wall (on purpose). None of this is happening so these two ladies should stop what they are doing before they spoil the fun for their kids.
This isn't NASCAR, there are no huge purses, so just have fun. Everyone should get together, join hands, bow their heads, and all pray together that I win the dam lottery!

Last night this girl was still looking for her ice cream, Billyhill would not take her to get some because he does not like sweet things. ????????????????

Of course he doesn't like sweet things. That's why he hangs around Tessa. If she were sweet he would be nowhere to be found.
