Congratulations Lewis!!!!!!!!!

And the winner is........
Lewis Cremasco showed 'em how it's done at the recent "Hesson Hoedown", winning the grand prize of the day for guessing the top three finishes for the Daytona 500. Lewis's three guesses placed 1st, 2nd and 4th, WOW!. The official Daytona 500 Anniversary Flag was generously donated by Michigan International Speedway for this event. This win was extra special for this special guy as Lewis celebrated his 22nd birthday on Feb. 17th, the date of the race. Congratulations Lewis, Thank You to our Hosts, and to Michigan International Speedway.

Congratulations Dusty, Dennis and Tessa on a Great 2007 Season!

Congratulations to our Sapphire-Motorsports Drivers! Dusty Richardson (left) finished in 10th place in the Street Stock Division, Dennis Cremasco Finished Third in points in the Stock 4 Division as well as winning Most Sportsmanlike Driver. Tessa Cremasco finished right behind her Dad with fourth place points as well as securing her first feature win. Way to go you old Hillbillies!

Hillbilly Racing, comprised of a group of Stock 4 Drivers, have had a fantastic season, raising over $2500 for the North Wellington Bravehearts Special Olympic sports group. This is an amazing accomplishment, and the group hopes to continue their efforts with another fundraising weekend in 2008! Watch for details.

Dennis Cremasco
Drives a 1995 Volkswagen Golf, carrying the number 19. Dennis has raced for over 10 years now as a registered Varney Motor Speedway Driver.

Tessa Cremasco
She drives a 1988 Volkswagen Scirocco. She is a full time music student at Laurier University. 2007 was her second year of racing at Varney Motor Speedway.
